Partner characterization

The Hanseatic City of Rostock is a local public authority. The motive to develop and implement this Interreg III B project is:
• Promoting wind energy locally, regionally and internationally and providing know-how and experiences gained over the last years
• Continuing the networking on wind energy started in 2003 and having carried out successfully from then on
• Promoting the cooperation with partners from Russia in different fields
• Promoting sustainable regional development
• Implementing the development approach of “Sustainability” with real results in economy and environment
• Connecting this project with other development activities in City, region, federal state and Baltic Sea Region
